Pick-to-Light for Distribution Center

Light modules, being attached on flow rack, will direct picker to pick items on his/her zone.

Items were picked will be put on Converyor or Trolley,...

Order number will be  input into Pick-to-Light system by two ways: 
          Picker will scan order number by barcode reader
          Order number will be read automatically by integrated RFID system

Pick-to-Light/ Put-to-Light for Retail & E-commerce

Only by scanning bar codes, the lamp lighted and number displayed on the light module instruct to assort bagged apparel comodities for delivery to customer

Digital As-sorting System (Put-to-Light) has improved assorting speed by approximately 2 times and assorting accuracy by approximately 20 times,on average.

Pick-to-Light for Cold Chain

Pick-to-Light System can function in a -25ºC cold storage warehouse.After batch picking, frozen foods are sorted out for each sales person.

Special features:
1. Issues are recognized and solved as soon as possible
2. If someone opens an issue (Ex. Wrong machine, need more materials,…), an signal will be send to monitoring centre. As the same time, email and SMS are send to coodinator sector. If that issue isn't solved after dedicated time (can be set by user: 5 minutes or 10 minutes,…), the new email and SMS are sent to higher level managers.
3. The real time productivies can be monitor on LCD/Led board/ Web browser or Mobile phone.
4. This system can be integrated with WMS
